An individual has been shot dead at a restaurant in Galagedara, Padukka last night (Nov 7).
Police said two unidentified individuals who had arrived on a motorcycle had fired gunshots at the victim.
The incident had taken place between 9 - 9:30 pm.
The victim, a 39-year old resident of Galagedara, had died upon admission to the Padukka hospital.
Further investigations are currently underway.
