The outgoing Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy, Admiral SS Ranasinghe, paid a farewell call on Air Force Commander Air Marshal Kapila Jayampathi at the Air Force Headquarters today (Dec 31).
Admiral Ranasinghe who was welcomed by a guard of honour, met and appreciated Commander Jayampathy for the mutual cooporation shared between the two security forces.
Further, he thanked the Air Force Commander for their personal friendship that helped enhance the levels of inter-service cooperation between the Navy and the Air Force.
Admiral Ranasinghe also met with the Air Force Board of Management following the farewell call.
Air Force Commander Jayampathi extended his best wishes to the outgoing Commander of the Navy.
