PC election ( Amendment) passed in parliament
The Provincial Council Elections (Amendment) Bill was passed in Parliament with 154 MPs voting for and 43 against it yesterday.
The Bill provides for 25% of all nominees to PC polls to be women and introduction of s a Mixed Member system.
