PM instructs Minister Ranatunga to get going with Palali Airport development; Rs 20 bn to be incurred
Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe has instructed Minister Arjuna Ranatunga to commence development work of the Palali Airport without delay.
He made this remark following an observation tour around the airport today (Feb 14).
A cost of Rs 20 billion is to be incurred in the development of the airport, the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation said in a press release.
