Police fire tear gas at Anti-SAITM protesters

Police have fired tear gas at student protesters from the Inter University Students' Federation (IUSF) at Town Hall a short while ago. 

The protest march has been organized against the South Asian Institute of Technology and Medicine (SAITM) in Malabe. 

Police say that the protest march is being conducted in defiance a court order preventing such protests.
