The Police have sought public assistance to locate a Maldivian national over an incident involving the vandalisation of Buddhist statues in Mawanella last year.
Police Spokesman Ruwan Gunasekara said that the suspect is believed to have maintained close links with the main suspect accused of involvement in the incident.
He is believed to be between the ages of 30 and 35.
