President Sirisena and PM Mahinda Rajapaksa join the ‘Jana Mahimaya’ rally
President Maithripala Sirisena and Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa arrived a short while ago at the ‘Jana Mahimaya’ rally which began at 12 noon today at the Parliament roundabout.
The rally was organized in support of the present caretaker government.
More than a thousand police personnel have been deployed to provide security for the rally.
