President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has told foreign journalist that Parliament will be dissolved on March 03 and that a general election would be thereafter.
The President made these remarks at a gathering with Foreign correspondents at the Presidential Secretariat.
Mr Rajapaksa also said the 19th Amendment was a grave mistake and a major obstacle to the country's progress.
