President Maithripala Sirisena is to visit Seychelles from Oct 8 to Oct 10 on an invitation by his counterpart Danny Faure.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Seychelles notes that the President will be accompanied by the First Lady and a high level delegation.
The talks will focus on health, education, tourism, environment, fisheries, maritime security and the Indian Ocean Commission.
Incidentally, this will be President Sirisena's first state visit to Seychelles.
The two states established diplomatic relations on October 3 1988.
