President Maithripala Sirisena visited the Chief Prelate of the Malwatu Chapter Rev. Thibbatuwawe Sri Sumangala Thero earlier today (Dec 31).
The chanting of pirith had taken place during the visit following which the President had invoked blessings from the Chief Prelate for the New Year.
