He was warmly received onboard by the senior officer of the ship, the Chief of Staff of the US Navy’s 7th fleet, the Commander of the US Navy’s 7th fleet, Vice Admiral Aucoin and of the Commanding Officer of “Blue Ridge”, Captain Kyle P. Higgins
The Commander of the Navy Vice Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne, the U.S. Ambassador to Sri Lanka Atul Keshap, Commander Western Naval Area, Rear Admiral, Jayantha De Silva and senior naval officers were also present on the occasion.
