The Presidential Secretariat addressing a letter to Ministry Secretaries has instructed them to appoint relevant officials for the posts of Chairman of co-operations and other state departments which are currently vacant.
Acordingly, the letter instructs the Secretaries to appoint a Senior Official serving as the Additional Secretary, an eligible state official or a retired state official as acting officials to the positions which remain vacant.
The letter also urged that the appointments be made in a legitimate manner.
