The Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA) has urged the public to to bring to its notice any irregularities in purchasing goods online.
Complaints could be made via the authority's official website, www.caa.gov.lk or through their official Facebook page.
According to the Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA), 70 to 80 complaints have been received regarding irregularities in purchasing goods online.
