Rainfall across six provinces tomorrow ; sun directly over the North today
Showers or thundershowers can be expected across several parts of the country during the evening hours tomorrow (Apr 16), the Meteorological Department announced in its weather forecast.
This weather could be experienced in the Central, Sabaragamuwa, Uva, Southern, North Western, and Western Provinces along with the Anuradhapura, Vavuniya, and Mannar districts.
Meanwhile, the weather forecast for today predicted that the sun would be directly overhead the Suruvil, Ariyalai, Muhumalai, and Chempiyanpattu areas.
