Relatives of persons who disappeared at the end of the war in 2009 today mark 100 days since starting a peaceful protest in Kilinochchi. The are now blocking the Kandy-Jaffna A9 road in the hope that the Government Agent or Governor of the Northern Province will come with the promise of arranging a meeting for them with President Maithripala Sirisena.
