The remains of a person who had been killed under suspicious circumstances has been identified in Sigiriya yesterday, police said.
The body of the victim was found in the Udawelayagama area upon information received by the Police.
According to the Police, the deceased is a 64-year old by the name of Weattegedara Kapuwa.
The remains have not been removed from the area due to impending investigations.
