Republic Day to be recelebrated

The cabinet has decided to celebrate the Republic Day which falls on May 22, cabinet spokesperson Rajitha Senaratna said today. The day coincides the passing of the first Republic Constitution on May 22, 1972. Minister of Home Affairs has already issued relevant circulars to mark this day.
