Former Minister and the Leader of the All Ceylon Muslim Congress Rishad Bathiudeen appeared before the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) today following a summon issued.
Earlier a Fundamental Rights (FR) petition filed by him seeking Court’s directive to prevent his arrest was rejected by the Supreme Court.
The FR petition requested the Court to grant an interim order preventing him from being arresting by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) over the the bombings that occurred on the 21 st of April 2019.
