Robber escapes with Rs 1.7 million from Jaffna finance company

A suspect wearing a full-face helmet robbed Rs 1.7 million in cash from a finance company in Chavakachcheri, Jaffna this morning (19). 

The suspect had walked into the finance company wearing a full-face helmet and threatened the employees with a knife, before fleeing the scene. 

Chavakachcheri Police are conducting investigations.
