Ruwan elected as UNP's Deputy Leader
Mr Ruwan Wijewardene was elected as the United National Party's new deputy leader in a secret ballot held today evening at Sirikotha, party officials said.
He received 28 votes as against Mr Ravi Karunanayake who received 10 votes at a meeting of the Working Committee.
