The Sabaragamuwa Provincial Council (PC) has passed the proposed 20th Amendment to the Constitution today. The amendment, which included newly added amendments, received 29 votes in favor and eight against.
The Eastern and Western PCs also approved the proposed 20th Amendment after votes conducted yesterday.
The 20th Amendment aims to hold the elections for all PCs on a single day.
