The Colombo Chief Magistrate today granted permission for former United Peoples Freedom Alliance (UPFA) parliamentarian Sajin Vass Gunawardene to travel to Singapore for medical treatment. He was given permission for a five days to complete his treatment and return to the country. Mr Gunawardena filed a motion yesterday seeking the courts approval to visit foreign countries.
