Minister Sajith Premadasa has decided to provide a house to the family whose home was destroyed due to a fire in Kandy this Tuesday.
The parents along with their children who were receiving treatment in the hospital after sustaining minor injuries were discharged yesterday (Jan 10)
The family is currently lodged at a temporary shelter since their house had been destroyed due to the fire.
Accordingly, Minister of Housing and Construction Sajith Premadasa has decided to provide a house to the victims under the city housing project.
A group of ministry officials had visited the family today in order to obtain necessary information in this regard.
