Sarath Kumara Gunaratne granted bail

Former Deputy Minister Sarath Kumara Gunaratne, who had been in remand custody over alleged misappropriation of Government funds, was granted bail by the Colombo Chief Magistrate today.

Gunaratne had been arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
