SC bars Attorney Nagananda Kodithuwakku from practicing for 3 years
The Supreme Court has issued an order on Attorney Nagananda Kodithuwakku from practicing as a lawyer for three years.
The order was issued following the defamatory remarks made by Mr Kodithuwakku against former Appeal Court President Vijith Malalgoda.
Mr. Kodithuwakku is reported to have made these remarks during an open court hearing.
