The second Permanent High Court-at-bar which was established to hear fraud and corruption cases was declared open by Justice Minister Thalatha Athukorale today (Mar 14).
Justices Rathnapriya Gurusinghe, Amal Ranarajah, and Shashi Mahendran have been appointed as the judges of this court by the Chief Justice.
The Justice Ministry noted that moves are afoot to establish the third Special High Court in due course.
