Police sergeant Sanath Gunawardena who was involved in the Thebuwana sand lorry incident has filed a complaint at the Human Rights Commission today citing that he was mentally harrassed by higher officials in the Police.
The police sergeant in his complaint had named Police Spokesman SP Ruwan Gunasekara, SP Sanjaya Irasinghe, IP Arulanandan, CI Sampath Bandara as those who had harrassed him mentally.
