The National Water Supply and Drainage Board says that the water supply to several areas including Matara will be disrupted for a period of nine hours from 8am to 5pm today (Sept 19).
Accordingly a water cut will be imposed in Matara, Kudawa, Walgama, Nupe, Devinuwara and Gindara.
The water cut has been imposed due to repairs to the Mirissa Water Supply Scheme at Uyanwatta and Browns Hill.
