NDB is providing an easy, safe and comfortable method in which Western Union customers can receive their money to their NDB account via a simple phone call for the first time in Sri Lanka.
NDB customers can simply call 0112448888 and get their Western Union money transferred to their NDB account.
Additionally, the bank has also taken strategic steps to ensure that the customers are safe at home and maintaining precautions against the virus, while also creating the means in which customers can continue their banking transactions via safe and digital methods, the bank said in a media release.
All clients who are in self-quarantine and those who wish to bank from the safety of their homes are given the easy solution of using NDB NEOS Mobile Banking and NDB NEOS Online banking which provides nearly all of the same facilities that a customer can receive through physical presence at the bank.
