The Sri Lanka Embassy in Qatar has been closed down temporarily till November 5 after an employee was identified positive for COVID-19, a Foreign Ministry official said.
The embassy remains closed for quarantine purposes from yesterday (22).
However, the embassy said they would remain open for emergency services to attend to both consular- and labour-related matters.
