The Central Committee of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) will meet today to discuss the decision to accept ministerial posts in the national government with the United National Party (UNP). The meeting will be presided by the president Maithripala Sirisena in his capacity as the chairman of the party to finalised the decision to form a unity goverment. Earlier soon after the prime minister Ranil Wickremasinghe sworn in a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the two parties to work as a unity goverment for two years.
