Dhammika Dasanayake, Secretary-General of Parliament of Sri Lanka and Neil Iddawala, Chief of Staff and Deputy Secretary-General of Parliament , Jayantha Jayasuriya, PC, Chief Justice, Dappula Prashantha Joseph de Livera, Attorney General of Sri Lanka, Jayanthi Wijethunga, Secretary of Ministry of Justice and Prison Reforms and Ahmed A. Jarward, Additional Secretary, Multilateral Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs were also present.
