The Speaker's Office issuing a media release has said that a letter which is said to have been addressed to the Chief Justice from Speaker Karu Jayasuriya is fake.
The release noted that the letter dated 20.11.2018 and carried a forged signature of the Speaker was circulating around social media platforms.
