A special traffic plan will be in effect this afternoon due to the Bohra Global Conference which is taking place in Colombo, police said.
These traffic plans will be in effect from Dehiwala to Kollupitiya, Kirulapone to Colombo, and Bus Route No 138.
According to the police, vehicles are facing a one-hour delay while heading towards Colombo.
