The Meteorological Department has predicted that several spells of showers will occur in the Northern and North-central Provinces and in the Hambantota district tomorrow (Jan 13).
Issuing a weather forecast, the Met. Department said that showers or thundershowers will occur at times in Eastern and Uva provinces.
Further, fairly heavy falls over 75mm can be expected at some places particularly in the Eastern, Uva, Sabaragamuwa provinces and in Galle, Matara districts.
