SriLankan Airlines flights to Pakistan which where cancelled yesterday will remain non operational till Monday, Media spokesman Deepal Perera said.
SriLankan Airlines yesterday (Feb 28) cancelled schedlued flights to the Pakistani cities of Karachi and Lahore following the temporary closure of Pakistani airspace by the Civil Aviation Authority of Pakistan.
Further, Mr. Perera said SriLankan Airlines was closely monitoring the situation, adding that flights to Pakistan will begin as soon as the closure of the airspace is lifted.
