State sector employees to receive Rs 2500 interim allowance from July 1
The Ministry of Finance has said that all state employees will be given an interim allowance of Rs.2500 per month from July 1.
The interim allowance is being granted in keeping with the budget proposals, the Ministry said in a release.
In addition, by January 2020, all public sector employees will receive a 107 percent pay rise compared to 2015, the Ministry of Finance said.
