Notorious underworld criminal Saranga Pradeep alias 'Welle Saranga' has been arrested with crystal methamphetamine also known as 'Ice' and heroin this afternoon.
The arrest was carried out by personnel attached to the Special Task Force (STF) in Mattakkuliya.
STF personnel had seized 157 grams of 'Ice' and 100 milligrams of heroin which were in the possession of the suspect.
