The strong windy conditions experienced in the country last week, are expected to reduce from July 24, the Department of Meteorology said today (Jul 22).
However, the Department forecasted intermittent showers in the Sabaragamuwa and Central Province along with heavy falls in several parts of the country.
Winds clocking up to 40 or 50 kmph could also be experienced across the Western, Southern, Central, Sabaragamuwa and North-western provinces today.
