Suspect nabbed with heroin worth Rs.2.4 million

The Police Narcotics Bureau (PNB) has arrested a susppect with 200 grams of heroin valued at Rs 2.4 million from Bandaranayakepura in Welikada. 

The arrested suspect has been identified as a close associate of Keselwatte Lasantha alias 'Lasa,' who is currently in remand custody. 

It is alleged that Lasantha had manipulated the suspect from prison to carry out narcotics smuggling.
