Five women who were engaged in plucking tea at the Madolsima Estate in Bagawanthalawa were injured after being struck by lightning last afternoon (24).
The victims, aged 23, 32, 33, 36 and 42 years, were admitted to the Bagawanthalawa Hospital. They are victims of Morawatta in Bagawanthalawa.
