A 74-year old woman has died after being stabbed by her teenage grandson in Pallai today (Aug 7).
Police said the injured woman had succumbed to death while receiving treatment at the Kilinochchi hospital.
The grandson, identified as 16-year old Subas Shashikaran, has been arrested by the police over the stabbing incident.
Further investigations are currently underway.
