Navy assisted the Sri Lanka Coast Guard to arrest ten Indian fishermen along with two Indian fishing trawlers poaching in Sri Lankan waters Northwest and North of Delft Island last evening.
The arrested fishermen were brought to the Naval Base Elara in Karainagar and handed over to the Assistant Director of Fisheries, Jaffna for onward legal action.
