A tense situation has been reported outside the premises of the Parliament as supporters of both parties supporting the UPFA and the UNP have gathered outside and have begun protesting.
The protest commenced following the Speaker's decision to suspend Parliament till 10 am tomorrow after having declared that the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa was passed after a show of hands.
