Three persons including a police constable have been remanded until September 23 for dumping a garbage bag under a bridge in Nawalapitiya, police said.
Initially, a restuarant owner had been apprehended and had been remanded until yesterday (Sept 9) before produced again at the Nawalapitiya Magistrate's Court.
Two more suspects including a police officer and a three-wheel driver had also been produced before court following which a remand order was issued on all three suspects.
