Three Sri Lankan students residing in the Chinese province where the coronavirus has been spreading claiming 25 lives, have returned to Sri Lanka, a Foreign Ministry official said.
He said, however the three students have not been affected by the spread of the virus.
He said there were 25 other Lankan students in the province and they were following precautions introduced by the government.
‘However, if the need arises they can contact the Sri Lankan embassy in China for further assistance,” he said.

An interim order prohibiting Deshabandu Tennakoon from carrying out his duties as Inspector General of Police (IGP) has been issued by the Supreme Court.
