Three new ministry secretaries have been appointed in addition to the 26 secretaries appointed, the President's office said today.
They are M.M.P.K. Mayadunne, Ministry of Justice, U.D.C.Jayalal, Ministry of Ports and Shipping and Prof Kapila Gunawardena, Ministry of Buddha Sasana, Religious Affairs and Cultural.
