A top drug dealer was arrested with 5.14 kilograms of heroin in Negombo,local media reported. The suspect was arrested following a raidby the Police anti-Narcotics Bureau.According to the police, the suspect in connection has been involved in this trade since 1990. Further investigations have been launched in connection to the incident by the Police anti-Narcotics Bureau.
