Vehicular movement has been limited in the vicinity of the Parliament roundabout due to a protest staged by Grama Niladhari officers.
The protest is being held over the goverment's failure to resolve 17 issues faced by the Grama Niladhari sector.
Accordingly, vehicles travelling towards the Parliament are advised to use alternative routes.
The annual budget for 2019 will be tabled in Parliament at around 2 pm today, Finance Minister Mangala Samaraweera said.
