The train services along the Kelani Valley Railway Line will be delayed, the Railway Control Room said.
Trees have fallen across the rail tracks as a result of strong gusty winds experienced last night (August 07), which has hampered railway traffic.
The Railway Control Room says that work has already begun to repair the obstructed railway track.
While furthers reports suggest that trees have fallen along the railway line between the Meegoda and Godagama railway stations.
